Return & Refund Policy

At Bricks Build Bliss, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions.

⏱ Return Window

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
• Returns after this period will not be accepted.

✅ Eligibility Conditions

• The product must be unopened, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
• All parts must be present and undamaged (no missing or broken pieces).
• A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

📦 How to Return a Product

1. Email us at support@bricksbuildbliss.com with your order number.
2. We’ll provide a return label and instructions.
3. Ship the package to the provided address.

💸 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
• Only the product price is refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

🚫 Exceptions

• Opened, assembled, or customized products cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns are the customer’s responsibility.
